About Me
Basic Information About Mrs. Cox
I
grew up on a farm in western Nebraska--out where there aren't many
fences. I received a BA from Hastings College in English and
Speech Education and an MA in English from the University of
Nebraska-Lincoln.
Alma is my first and only teaching job, so far. I teach 10th and
11th grade English, one section of 7th grade English, and Senior English. My extra duties at Alma include editing the school
newsletter THE CARDINAL'S CHIRP and sponsoring the Student Council.
My
husband Roger teaches science at Alma Public, and he is the assistant Track coach. We have a daughter,
Callie, and a son, Lukas. We enjoy traveling, going to the College World Series whenever we can, riding our ATV's, and living in a small
town.
